Salaries:

First year $46,000
Second year $48,000
Third year $50,000

Medical Insurance:
Family medical insurance is provided free of charge through the Florida Hospital insurance plan. Physician medical care co-pay is covered in all Residency offices.

Life Insurance:
Life insurance equivalent to one year's salary is provided free of charge. Additional life insurance may be purchased for a minimal charge.

Malpractice Insurance:
Occurance based malpractice insurance is provided at no cost.

Vacation/Personal Time:
Residents receive 4 weeks vacation/personal time each year. Major holidays are also off except when scheduled for holiday call.

Education Allowance:

• First-year residents receive $400 toward the purchase of approved continuing education allowance.
• Third-year residents receive $2,100 toward reimbursement of approved continuing education allowance and 5 days of leave to attend conferences.
• Unused CME money does not roll over each year.

Uniforms:

• First-year residents receive 2 white lab coats each year.
• Second-year residents receive 1 white lab coat each year.
• Third-year residents receive 1 white lab coat each year.

Meals:
Residents receive all meals at no cost while on duty.

Professional Fees:
The residency provides for membership dues to ACP along with USMLE III, Florida State Medical license, DEA license fees, and Orange County Medical Society.

Parking:
Residents receive free garage parking.
