Dr. Ruff grew up in Fresno, CA along with her one brother and one sister. She attended Oakwood College for her undergraduate education and the Loma Linda University School of Medicine for her medical degree. Dr. Ruff is a well-rounded athlete in both basketball and flag football. Her other interests include reading, drawing, painting, and cooking. She hopes to work in private practice in the future.
