Dr. Munoz was raised in Standish, MI. She stayed in her hometown to attend college at the University of Michigan. She earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. Dr. Munoz is currently Chief Resident. She has volunteered at Disney Marathon and has participated in a mission trip to Chiapas, Mexico to perform colposcopies and cervical cancer screenings during residency. She has been married for two years and has a Boston Terrier named Maddie. Outside of medicine, Dr. Munoz likes to travel, bike, and go down the street to the magical world of Disney World. She has interests in focusing on women's health and weight loss in her career after residency.
